Level 2 IT Support Analyst

Coming from a strong technical background you will have experience working in a fast paced environment, will provide second level remote, over the phone and face to face support. The role requires the diagnosing and resolution of technical issues and escalation if necessary. To be successful you will have demonstrated commercial experience with Windows 7/8/10 Windows Server 2008/2012, Active Directory, MS Exchange and Office365. You will work closely with System Administrators in order to upskill and expose you to the latest cutting edge technologies.
You will have demonstrated a minimum of 3 years commercial experience working with exposure to the following.
- Windows XP, Vista 7/8/10
- Windows Server 2008/2012
- Active Directory / MS Exchange
- SCCM deployments
- Office 365
- TCP/IP network environment
