Provide second level remote and over the phone support for a client base Australia wide. The role requires the diagnosing and resolution of technical issues and escalation if necessary. These technical issues will come from an array of clients facing both hardware and software related difficulties. To be successful you will demonstrate commercial experience with Windows 7/8, Windows Server 2008/2012, Active Directory, Citrix and MS Exchange. AWS certifications/experience are desirable.
You will be an experienced IT professional with a passion for Microsoft technologies. Demonstrate a minimum 3 years commercial experience working in first and second level support with exposure to server operations. You will be confident working in a fast paced environment and be able to adapt in a rapidly growing organisation. Ideally you will hold experience working for a managed service provider.
