Provide second level remote, over the phone and face to face support for a client base Australia wide. The role requires the diagnosing and resolution of technical issues and escalation if necessary. These technical issues will come from an array of clients facing both hardware and software related difficulties. To be successful you will demonstrate commercial experience with Windows 7/8, Windows Server 2008/2012, Active Directory and MS Exchange. You will work closely with System Administrators in order to upskill and expose you to the latest cutting edge technologies.
You will be an experienced IT professional with a passion for Microsoft technologies. Demonstrate a minimum 3 years commercial experience working in first level support with exposure to second level operations. You will be confident working in a fast paced environment and be able to adapt in a rapidly growing organisation demonstrating outstanding client facing skills.
