A well-established organisation specialising in the computer support and services throughout the Australian market. They work in a collaborative team, assisting users as efficiently and effectively as possible.
With strong developed relationships through the Technology market, they are looking for a strong Level 1 desktop support super start to join their team on a temporary basis to cover annual leave.
Working in a team providing frontline support and working efficiency to ensure any urgent enquiries are escalated as required to level 2, you will liaise with users to provide assistance and resolve issues.
You will be working in a small team of 2 and enjoy the collaborative approach the teams takes to their daily tasks.
Due to the nature of the role you will have exceptional customer service, communication & level 1 skills. This support role will primarily be focused in a Windows 365 environment, so you will have previous experience in a similar level 1 support role.
Previous experience using Active Directory and ticketing systems will be essential. You will need to be efficient in taking calls from users and logging the necessary tickets for level 2 within a quick turnaround.
