Provide level two and three remote, over the phone and face to face support for a national client base. The role requires diagnosing and resolution of technical issues at the highest level. To be successful you will demonstrate commercial experience with Microsoft Windows operating systems, Citrix services, Window Server technologies, Active Directory and MS Exchange with exposure to Cloud, Backup systems and Networking.
With a heavy emphasis on customer service and resolution, you will be an experienced IT professional with a passion for Microsoft technologies. Demonstrate a minimum 3-5 years in the following.
- Advanced understanding of Microsoft Operating System and Services (Windows Server)
- Microsoft SQL Server 2005,2008,2012+
- Microsoft Office365
- Routers/Switches Configurations
- Networking (WAN/LAN)
- Virtual Machine Technology/Hyper V
- Proven experience supporting level 1 & 2 helpdesk team members.
