Specialise in first level IT support in a Microsoft environment. Diagnose fix and escalate technical problems for the external user base via over the phone and remote support. With an excellent training program in place you will be given a platform to take your career to the next level should you perform to a high standard.
With a genuine passion for Microsoft technologies you will have a minimum 12 months commercial experience in a Helpdesk environment. You will have a working knowledge of Microsoft technology; Server 2003/2008 & Active Directory. Your technical ability will be accompanied with outstanding communication skills and a passion for customer service. You will be a strong problem solver and thrive in a challenging environment where you are expected to continuously grow your technical skills and understanding.
