In this position you will deliver remote and over the phone support to an external customer base across Australia. Main responsibilities will be to diagnose, fix and escalate technical issues. You must have a current Microsoft MSCA certification to be considered for this role. With outstanding communication skills you will demonstrate excellence in customer service You will have a working knowledge and demonstrated experience working with Microsoft technology; Server 2003/2008, Active Directory & Exchange you will collaborate with your peers in a closely knit/social team environment.
