Join a highly professional collaborative team on a national service desk, working with a team of eight. You will form strong relationships with your colleagues as the company prides itself on its open and caring values. You will interact on a daily basis internally to provide high quality technical support. Initially a 6 month contract the role will offer possibility of extension for the right candidate.
There is a heavy emphasis on the Microsoft environment; windows 7 & 10, as well as Active Directory and Office 365. Familiarity around "Service Now" ticketing system is advantageous. Although you are working in team environment you will possess the ability to work autonomously, as the role will require you to monitor and provide basic troubleshooting for servers & network where support may not always be directly available. You will have strong customer service skills, with the ability to capture information, ask the right questions and can relate with the users on a personal level.
