One of the most important aspects of the role is your attitude, passion and dedication. With a heavy emphasis on customer service you must have proven commercial experience supporting complex Microsoft environments. Previous experience troubleshooting; Microsoft Desktop 8,10, Server 2008/2012, Active Directory, Exchange, and Citrix is highly advantageous.
