Australian-wide organisation specialising in end-to-end technology support and consulting. This organisation is now a leader in its field, with an impressive client base of small to large enterprises. With exciting new projects and brand-new clients coming on board this year, this is creating the need for more IT support positions.
Immediate start for a talented Helpdesk Engineer to come on board. You will support users both over the phone and remotely. You will be the first point of contact for client enquiries and love providing the best first line support possible before escalating it to the level 2 team. You will possess exceptional communication skills and ability to liaise with clients from various industries.
First impressions are key, so the ability to communication both over the phone and email is essential to succeed in this role. This is a contract role with an immediate start available for the right person.
You will have a minimum of 2 years' experience on a busy Help Desk providing 1st line support whilst working to SLA's. Experience with Active Directory, Office 365, Windows, troubleshooting and as well as prior ticketing system experience will be essential.
You will be encouraged to engage with the team, thrive in a fast pace role and always eager to please! Your previous positions will have seen you work to SLA's, meet client requirements and enjoy working to deadlines.
