Due to a new project our client is excited to welcome multiple people into their team on a 3 week basis to assist with overflow of work. Fortunately, this organisation is very easily accessible through public transport therefore no car is required. This organisation is seeking energetic, professional and experienced staff who can hit the ground running.
Your responsibilities would include:
- Meeting room bookings and management
- Meet and greeting of all clients
- Answering all incoming calls and taking down detailed messages when required
- Data Entry including critical thinking
- Organising catering for meetings and events
- General administration
The successful candidate will have previous experience within a similar role and in a corporate environment. We welcome any working holiday visa candidates to apply.
You will be a highly organised and professional, with a bight personality, excellent interpersonal rand presentation skills. You will have experience working with switchboards, have the ability to multi-task while working in a busy environment.
Previous temp experience will be highly favourable (so please ensure you have any temp experience listed on your resume).
