Offering an initial 3 month contract engagement, you will hit the ground running in this fast paced environment, working across IT and customer support capabilities. On successful completion of this assignment there will be opportunity to transition into a full time, permanent position.
Our client is currently seeking a Level 2 Support Technician to offer over the phone, remote and desk side technical support to over 150+ users across Brisbane's head office and remote sites. The role will be to primarily support Windows operating systems requiring an ability to work on administration tasks within Active Directory and Microsoft Exchange 2007/2010. You will be the first point of contact for all technical support enquiries and responsible for diagnosing and resolving Level 1 and 2 faults within a timely manner. This role will require you to assist on a junior administrative level in partnership with a 3rd party consultancy.
You will have a minimum of 2-3 years experience working on a commercial Helpdesk supporting a user base of 200+ users and an ability to complete various tasks relating to server administration.

- Microsoft Active Directory administration experience
- Troubleshooting Windows XP, 7 platforms
- Knowledge of SQL
- Microsoft Exchange account setup
- Knowledge of Citrix platforms
