We are seeking a Corporate Receptionist for a very reputable organisation with the Real Estate industry. Based at Eagle Farm, this is a great opportunity for an individual who is efficient in managing the front office whilst offering friendly and professional service to both internal and external clients. This a very busy Reception desk, so our client is looking for an experienced Receptionist who has managed a busy switchboard.
As a Corporate Receptionist you responsibilities would include:
- Meeting room bookings and management
- Meet and greeting of all clients
- Answering all incoming calls and taking down detailed messages when required
- Stationary ordering and control
- Organising catering for meetings and events
- General administration
The successful candidate will have previous experience within a similar role within a corporate environment and previous experience within a Real Estate Industry would be highly advantageous.
The successful candidate will be looking for temp work or happy to do a short term Receptionist position to build on their current experience.
You will be a highly organised and professional, with a bight personality, excellent interpersonal rand presentation skills. You will have experience working with switchboards, have the ability to multi-task while working in a busy environment.
