We are seeking a Corporate Receptionist for a very reputable organisation with the professional services industry. Based on the CBD Fringe, this is a great temporary opportunity for an individual who is efficient in managing the front office whilst offering friendly and professional service to both internal and external clients.
As a Corporate Receptionist you responsibilities would include:
- Meeting room bookings and management
- Meet and greeting of all clients
- Answering all incoming calls and taking down detailed messages when required
- Stationary ordering and control
- Organising catering for meetings and events
- General administration
The successful candidate will have previous experience within a similar role within a corporate environment, preferably in the past 12 months. You will be a highly organised and professional, with a bight personality, excellent interpersonal and presentation skills. You will have experience working with switchboards, have the ability to multi-task while working in a busy environment.
Those with previous temporary experience will be favoured.
