Our client is seeking an experienced Client Relations Officer to join their team who can support their customers, customer's families and representatives in a busy environment.
This company is looking for someone who can pour their heart into the role and be rewarded with a great social environment and salary benefits.
You will be supported by a fantastic team and dedicated manager who sits with the team in an open plan office.
As the Client Relations Officer your responsibilities include:
- Answering a high volume of inbound calls
- Accurate data entry/ reporting
- Resolving customer inquiries/complaints both on the phone and by email
- Providing excellent customer service and building rapport to all levels
- General administration as required
If you are an experienced Client Relations Officer who has experience in the aged care sector and looking for your next busy and broad role than this is the position for you! It's ideal for someone who enjoys going the extra mile and can work autonomously.
You will have recent and proven experience in the aged care and/or client relations experience.
As the successful candidate you will confident in dealing with range of stakeholders, be respectful and approach any situation with a positive attitude.
