An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Loans Processor / Broker Support Officer to join a successful property agency on a temporary basis. This is an exciting opportunity for a confident and motivated person to join a well-established company and work within a strong team.
You will be a part of a driven and fast paced environment focusing on the day to day maintenance of various loan processing elements including:
- Managing home loan applications end to end
- Collection, compilation and delivery
- Liaising with finance consultants, clients, lenders, real estate agents and other third parties
- Packaging loan application to submission and follow through until settlement
- Ad hoc duties as required
You will need recent experience working in the property industry, particularly in dealing with processing and supporting home loan applications. You will have the ability to demonstrate a high level of passion, enthusiasm and a commitment to customer service.

This role is temporary for 4 weeks and is due to start at the beginning of August. Experience in previous temp roles is highly desirable.
