This company is expanding and are excited to welcome their new staff. They are located in Stones Corners and have secure parking on site. They are a fun group of administrators who pride themselves on their social events and professionalism they represent for their company.
This organisation is looking for one gun administrator to assist in supporting the rest of the team but most importantly fit in with them culturally. The right person will have experience in the medical industry and be confident in liaising with health/allied health professionals. The role will be temporarily ongoing.
The role will be assisting patients in their appointments and general queries while upholding the organisation's policies and procedures to ensure patient confidentiality and well-being is ensured. Previous experience as an administrator within the past 12 months is essential.
Your responsibilities will include;
- Fielding telephone calls
- Managing and maintaining the filing system and record keeping
- Strong communication skills both verbal and written
- Receiving and directing appointments
- Word processing and drafting letters
- Printing, filing and faxing
- Updating the patient files
- Extensive software skills are required
- Internet research abilities
The successful candidates will have a friendly and outgoing personality. You will have great time management and communication skills. Being able to adhere to deadlines and prioritise conflicting tasks is a must!
