This company within the engineering industry is looking for an experienced temporary administration officer. Due to annual leave, the team needs an experienced candidate to assist the overall team! This organisation boasts a fun yet hard working environment. This is a great opportunity to join a great team where you can utilise your skill-set in a varied role.
Reporting to the Administration Manager, your responsibilities will include:
- Fielding telephone calls
- Receiving and directing visitors
- Booking couriers and staff travel
- Word processing, creating spreadsheets and presentations
- Printing, filing and faxing
- Invoicing and receipting
- Data entry
- Ordering stock
The successful candidate will have a friendly, confident personality and the ability to deal with high pressure situations. Strong communication skills both verbal and written are essential. This will be a very busy role, so our client needs someone who can hit the ground running and is adaptable.
You will have relevant experience temping experience within a similar role in the past 2 years and have previously worked in the engineering Industry. The successful candidate will be immediately available and will be able to commit to a minimum of one month.
