Our client is looking for an experienced temporary Administration Officer with the view of the role becoming permanent for the right candidate. This position has recently become available so they are now looking for their next admin star! This organisation boasts a fun yet hard working environment. Reporting to the Administration Manager, your responsibilities will include:
- Fielding telephone calls
- Data entry of customer details
- Complying reports
- Drafting documents and typing letters
- Keeping on top of Managers paper work
- Word processing, creating spreadsheets and presentations
- Printing, filing and faxing
- Invoicing and receipting
- Extensive software skills are required with the ability to learn new systems quickly
- Ordering stock
The successful candidate will have a friendly, confident personality and the ability to deal with high pressure situations. Our client needs someone who will listen to their needs and can deal with direct Managers at times. Strong communication skills both verbal and written are essential. This will be a very busy role, so our client needs someone who can hit the ground running and is adaptable.
You will have a minimum of 3 years Administration experience, great attention to detail and be resilient. The successful candidate will be immediately available and looking to continue building on their Administration experience.
