This financial services company are truly are leader in their unique field and have gone through massive growth the past 12 months. With an international presence, they work with other leading organisations (household name companies) and are looking for their next driven, enthusiastic and commercial Account Manager to work with an established portfolio of clients, and be the day to day contact for all inquiries and account service tasks relating to your portfolio.
This role is to support and work with their clients to successfully on board, retain and deepen relationships. You will be responsible for meeting client service level targets by professional executing administrative and technical support requests and troubleshooting problems to ensure timely and efficient resolutions.
Some of your key responsibilities include:
- Onboarding new clients
- Ensuring positive relationships with clients are maintained
- Action incoming client support requests
- Priorities requests in accordance to service level targets
- Effectively resolve issues and complaints
- Maintaining open, prompt and effective communication with clients
- Assisting with client contract renegotiations (small to medium clients
- Admin such as logging records, data entry, assisting with invoicing etc
To be successful in this role you will have a naturally consultative approach to business and enjoy creating and maintaining open channels of communication between yourself and your clients. You will have built a solid career in Business to Business Account Management and truly believe in quality customer service.
Given the progressive and evolving nature of this organisation, you will have excellent communication skills, high attention to detail and thrive in a role which allows you to build strong lasting relationships with your clients and be seen as a trusted partner to them and their business.
You will enjoy working in a driven environment and gain great satisfaction from helping and advising others. Recent experience in an Account Manager role is essential and a background in financial services would be ideal.
