Assisting with high volume recruitment in all aspects of the business, and with businesses within the industry, you will need at least 2 - 3 years' experience in a recruitment role.
On a daily basis you will be talking to a range of candidates from different backgrounds and employment programs and presenting them with career and relocation opportunities. As such excellent communication skills and a positive attitude are necessary skills!
This is a fairly new team, following on from a huge success in Brisbane. We are looking for candidates from a sales and/or recruitment background with a positive attitude who have the ability to help grow the business and secure buy in from candidates.
The role comes with a base salary of $65 - $70,000 pa + super with a competitive bonus scheme.
We are looking for someone who
- Has excellent people skills & is a strong communicator
- Is naturally proactive, always asking "what's next?"
- Enjoys meeting KPIs and feels motivated, rather than scared by targets
- Is understanding of peoples' diverse backgrounds and motivations
