Main responsibilities of this role includes:

  • Process All Related Documentation & Database Maintenance & Management
  • Answering inbound enquiries via phone, email, websites and live chat.
  • These enquiries will be mainly with existing clients regarding orders, deliveries, escalations, products and services.
