Pat-time Call Centre officer required for this global manufacturing business in Alexandria. This company operates a 24 hour call centre and so shift-work plus penalty rates are on offer for the most suitable candidate. A 12 month contract and a permanent role are also on offer.
Reporting to the Call Centre Manager this role is responsible for:
You will become a key part of the team to ensure the day-to-day operations of the business operate smoothly and efficiently.
You will have 3-5 years' experience in a Customer Service or Response Centre role and have exposure to data entry. You will have solid computer skills and be able to operate databases. You will be flexible with working hours and be able to work different shifts at different award rates and varying hours.
