This company is a well-known, industry leading manufacturing and service company located in Sydney's Inner West. They operate a large 24 hour a day call centre and require people with excellent customer service skills.
Reporting to the Service Administration Manager, this role looks after the following:
You will become a key part of the team to ensure the day-to-day operations of the business operate smoothly and efficiently.
You will have 3-5 years' experience in a Customer Service or Response Centre role and have exposure to data entry. Ideally you will have SAP experience, but you will have solid computer skills and be able to operate databases. You will be flexible with working hours and be able to work different shifts at different award rates and varying hours. This is a 24/7 Call Centre, therefore must be happy working a range of hours.
