You will be providing level 1 mobile device support within a windows based environment. You will be expected to provide an excellent level of customer service and will possibly have a background in customer service. This role will require exceptional communication and interpersonal skills as you will be providing both phone based and face to face support. You will be working in Adelaide, onsite with a client within the healthcare industry.
If you have I.T qualifications but lack experience in the working world this could be a great opportunity for you to gain valuable time in a growing organisation.
Experience with or knowledge of with the following will be highly regarded:
- Android and IOS Devices.
- MDM exposure - Casper, Mobile Iron, Airwatch, XenMobile
- Active Directory
