Our client is an American listed global Technology firm, they have presence in ANZ & Asia and hold a very strong market share throughout the APAC region. They produce high volume tech goods and they are known for their quality and innovation internationally.
The business is currently working through a number of exciting projects in new business which includes some changes in finance around acquisitions/integrations, processes improvement and developing their finance and commercial business partnering.
In the last 2 years they have almost doubled their revenue in Australia organically and via acquisition. With an internal structure change, a number of new roles have been created including this new position in their Sydney office.
Reporting into the Financial Controller and supervising a small team, this Senior Financial Accountant position is very broad and will invariably grow in responsibility as the business continues to grow. You will be involved in Financial Accounting and Reporting as well as Management Accounting and projects. You will specifically need to have US reporting experience across NYSE and SOX Compliance.

The ideal candidate will come from a high achieving background with a CA Qualification and high UAI. Experience within a fast paced multinational within Technology, or FMCG will make you stand out for this role, as will experience in a Big 4 environment.
We specifically would be interested in speaking to Big 4 Managers with experience working on US listed clients.
Any staff management experience and current business partnering will also be beneficial.
As an experienced Financial Accountant we will want to see passion, a proactive attitude and a willingness to grow and develop yourself towards Finance Manager.
