The Role

An exciting IT Support opportunity has arisen to work within a small team environment supporting the Asia Pacific region for a NYSE Listed, Global firm. The role will see the successful individual working mainly across the helpdesk environment dealing with level 1/2 related issues. There will be the occasional requirement to provide desktop and project based support. This is likely to happen after the first 6 months in the role. The role will report into the Team Lead and then IT Manager who's focus is to maintain an enjoyable team environment that provides an excellent IT Support services to the APAC business's

Your Profile

To be successful within this role you will ideally have worked in a similar environment where customer focus and a sense of urgency is highly regarded.

The Technologies you need to have an understanding of are;

  • Full Microsoft Stack
  • Active Directory
  • Exchange
  • VMware
  • ITIL Certified
