Based on the South Side, this organisation seeks a bubbly, well presented and personable Receptionist to join the team for a minimum of 3 weeks. This company has a great office culture and a great team environment.
Reporting to the Office Manager, some of your daily duties will include:
- Meeting & greeting visitors and clients
- Assisting with customer queries via phone and email
- Organising meeting rooms
- Organising catering
- Booking meetings
- Data entry
- Preparing documents and letters
- General administration
You will have a bright and bubbly personality along with experience using Outlook and MS Word. You will have strong written and communication skills. We are seeking an experienced Receptionist whom has more than 2 years of Reception work under their belt. If you love Reception and enjoy being the face of the company then apply now!
