This company within the commercial construction industry is looking for a temporary administration officer. This organisation boasts a unique environment, this is a great opportunity to join a great team where you can utilise your skill-set in a diverse role.
Reporting to the Administration Manager, your responsibilities will include:
- Fielding telephone calls
- Receiving and directing visitors
- Word processing, creating spreadsheets and presentations
- Printing, filing and faxing
- Invoicing and receipting
- Data entry
- Extensive software skills are required with the ability to learn new systems quickly
- Ordering stock
- Internet research abilities
The successful candidate will have a friendly, confident personality and the ability to deal with high pressure situations. Strong communication skills both verbal and written are essential. You will have experience within a similar role and a willingness to adapt to different duties within the office.
