Reporting to the Financial Operations Manager, the Accounts Clerk will be responsible for, but not limited to;
- Processing payments of EFT and cheque payments
- Cheque Processing
- Petty Cash
- Audit Letter Management
- Client and Matter Management
- Time and costs management
- Rates and discount management
To be successful for this position you will have worked in a similar environment within legal, accounting or billable hour's environment and now have the desire to work for a large company with more responsibilities. As well as having a high attention to detail and exception communication skills, you will have an outgoing personality that thrives in a social environment.
