This well-known retailer is looking for a temporary Senior HR professional to start immediately and to help out during a busy period over the next 4 months. This is a great opportunity to understand more about the workings of an international retailer. The HR team you will be joining is close knit and you will be working directly with the Head of HR.
You will be assisting the HR team until the end of January 2017 with a focus on IR and ER. This is a great opportunity to work with an international retailer on a short term basis and expand upon your existing HR experience.
Retail experience is ESSENTIAL and you will be working on a range of HR tasks - the ideal candidate will be happy to help out with anything that comes up.
It is absolutely essential for this role that you have retail experience!
Aside from this you will be an easy going person who deals well with stress and is happy to lend a hand on a variety of roles, no matter how big or small.
Relationship building is another important part of this role and it is important that you are approachable and friendly.
