This corporate services company is looking for an experienced Office Manager to join their administration team.
Supporting the General Manager and the wider office, you will be responsible for the following:
- Processing invoices
- Expense claims
- Travel bookings
- Organizing meeting packs
- Ordering catering
- PA support to General Manager
- Processing accounts payable invoices using Redmap
You will become a key part of the team to ensure the day-to-day operations of the business operate smoothly and efficiently.
You will be an experienced Office Manager looking for a great opportunity for a 12 month temporary position. You must be a self-starter, have street smarts and be good at building relationships. Don't miss this great opportunity!
