Robert Half is currently recruiting for an experienced Billing Officer to join a leading organisation in the education industry on a temporary to permanent basis. Work in corporate offices based in the CBD.
Reporting to the Manager, your duties will include:
* Work with the team to ensure monthly billing is completed
* Preform monthly invoicing
* Follow up and resolve queries
* Provide commentary to management on debtors reports
* Month end reporting
The successful candidate will be an experienced and confident Billing Officer with excellent system ERP skills including intermediate Excel. Good communication/ interpersonal skills are essential to liaise effectively with internal stakeholders. A high level of attention to detail, an ability to work autonomously and strong organisation skills are also essential.
