This recognised Not for Profit business has over 150 years or proud service to communities nationwide. Driven by core values of providing respect, compassion and love to those that may be socially vulnerable and disadvantaged they offer a range of services in support to include the facilitation of community based training workshops. To support the facilitation of these workshops the expertise of a Development & Training Coordinator is required on a temporary basis for the duration of 7 months
Responsibilities will include however will not be limited to ;
- To facilitate and coordinate training professional development workshops.
- To work closely with existing Development & Training Coordinator in planning and developing training/workshops.
- Liaise with external facilitators
You will have recent experience in providing Development & Training in a professional development workshop capacity. Not for Profit or community based industry experience is essential. In addition you will have proven ability to manage the implementation and delivery of training workshops. Your high level liaison and interpersonal skills coupled with superior written communication will be key to your success. Your natural ability to be trustworthy, empathic, compassionate and highly driven is paramount.
