Our client is Brisbane based operation specializing in systems improvement, cloud design, build and management. Lead by some of Brisbane's key industry figures, our client strives to offer real improvement and continuity to businesses and their IT systems. As a result of new client engagements they are looking to expand the team by bringing on an experienced Lvl 2 Support Analyst with experience across a range of technical verticals including networks, cloud (O365) and desktop.
The successful candidate will have previous experience working across small to medium sized technical environments. You must understand that customer is king and never let a good technical issue get in the way of the customer experience. Ideally you will have Microsoft or Cisco certified in order for you to offer complex diagnostics and work to resolution across infrastructure, desktop or cloud related issues. Most importantly you will have strong professional, business acumen and passion for the work you do.
You will have hands on experience with the following technologies
- Active Directory
- Windows Operating System XP/7/8.1/10
- O365 support and migration experience
- Use of an industry recognized ticketing system
- Ability to find your way around a network i.e basic configuration and support of routers and switches
This role will be offered on an initial 3 month contract. Our client has every intention of transitioning this role into a permanent position at the completion of the 3 months.
Microsoft or Cisco based certifications will be highly regarded.
