Log all technical issues through a ticketing management system. Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues. You will follow company processes and procedures in accordance with Service Level agreements, liaise with key stakeholders to minimise potential problems and contribute to the help desk database.
Ability to work autonomously in collaborative team environment. Familiarity with working in a Microsoft background; 7, 8.1, Active Directory, Exchange, and Citrix. Deliver information to enable users to resolve their problems, while providing the business with a professional service. Ensure requests are updated and realistic resolution time frames are delivered.
