We recommend a meeting with our clients prior to launching a project to discuss its scope and requirements. To assist with the process, we will identify a subject matter expert who has specific experience in this project area (i.e., SAP project management, IFRS/IAS conversion, Sarbanes-Oxley or business process re-engineering) to provide a consultation. This expertise is given without charge.
