Experience

With more than 22 years’ experience, Craig first joined Robert Half in London in 1999 and spent many years in Senior Leadership roles with the business in both London and Sydney within the firm’s practice. In 2010 Craig launched his own Sydney based recruitment firm specialising in the Senior Leadership space. He helps build senior executive leadership teams, including placing C-suite executives for roles such as CEO, CFO, COO, CIO, CTO, Vice Presidents, GM’s and various Director level roles.

Experience

After qualifying as a Chartered Accountant with Ernst & Young in London, Gareth joined Viacom in an International Business Process Analyst role where he travelled around the world working in Viacom’s international operations. In 2006, Gareth joined Robert Half in Sydney and has specialised in facilitating senior placements across a variety of functions and industries.

Prior to joining Robert Half, Cameron held senior commercial finance leadership roles with two major listed multinational firms. Within these roles, Cameron led a major offshore transformation programme in the Asia Pacific region. Cameron’s foundational career was with Ernst & Young, consulting within the Assurance & Advisory practice across the technology, communications, property and construction market sectors.

Cameron earned his Bachelor of Commerce at the University of Melbourne and has been a qualified Chartered Accountant (CA ANZ) since 2001. In her role at Managing Associate, Jennifer is the head of the execution team for the Asia Pacific Robert Half Executive Search practice specialising in sourcing and placing C-Suite executives and senior leaders across all industry sectors. She has successfully completed many highly confidential search assignments across several business functions including finance, sales and marketing, operations, technology, legal and human resources.

Based in the Sydney office as a trusted business partner to the firm’s Managing Directors, Jennifer leads the execution of search mandates throughout the Asia Pacific region.

Jennifer’s consultative and collaborative approach, attention to detail, planning skills and clear business processes are what make her a trusted advisor to her clients and candidates alike.

Experience

Jennifer joined Robert Half in 1997 commencing her career within the firm’s Financial Services Practice. Since then she has embarked on a distinguished career of over 20 years’ in various operational and management roles both in London and Sydney and, as such, is well versed in every aspect of the Robert Half business. Jennifer has a reputation for excellence, candidate care and discretion and has acquired a strong network of senior contacts throughout her career. Her extensive market knowledge. confidentiality and project management skills ensure her search engagements are conducted seamlessly from start to finish.

Personal and Professional Activities

Jennifer has been involved with several charitable organisations, including volunteering with the Frenchs Forest Lions club fundraising for Kids with Cancer as well as participating regularly in Cancer Council Australia’s Biggest Morning Tea and in the Share the Dignity ‘It’s in the Bag’ campaign, a charity dedicated to helping homeless women and victims of domestic violence. She is also an active member of her sons’ school community, regularly giving her time to assist in fundraising activities.

Fluent in French, Jennifer graduated from Aston University in Birmingham, England with a Bachelor of Science Undergraduate degree in International Business and French which saw her spend a year studying business at L’Ecole Supérieure de Commerce (Sup de Co) Bordeaux, France.

Experience

Lindsay has a BS in Accounting and began her career in tax advisory with PwC, where she specialised in expatriate tax planning and compliance for senior executives of multi-national corporations in a wide range of industry sectors including pharmaceutical, manufacturing, and professional services. She first joined Robert Half in Philadelphia, where she specialised in accounting and finance searches. Lindsay progressed with her recruiting career with a boutique accounting and finance search firm before emigrating to Australia.

With a career in recruitment starting in Sydney in 1989, Annabel has relished working in all recruitment domains – boutique, multinationals, onsite recruiter and even founding her own niche agency in 2003, before successfully selling in 2008. Annabel has worked previously for Robert Half managing the Sydney finance accounting temporary division.

Experience

With experience riding the wave of economic booms where there are ample jobs with few candidates. Conversely, she has successfully recruited and understands the volatility and employment difficulties in the wake of 9/11, the 2008 GFC and now as we navigate the implications of Covid on the employment market.

After a hiatus enjoying family life, with the odd renovation and overseas adventure thrown in, Annabel has re-joined Robert Half Executive Search to source quality candidates for the wide scope of Executive Search. With the advantage of experience and knowledge gained from a recruitment career spanning over 20 years in Australia, she loves partnering with candidates to ensure they secure the job of their dreams.

Experience

Sahana has over 10 years of sales, recruitment and executive search experience across small, medium and large ASX listed organisations. Prior to joining Robert Half, Sahana held senior delivery roles with Korn Ferry, Fisher Leadership and Meritos. Within these roles, she successfully managed searches for Chief Executive Officers, Executive Directors, General Managers, Commissioners and specialty roles within Government at State and Federal levels and Vice Chancellors, Deputy Vice Chancellors, Deputy Deans, and numerous Professorial roles for leading Australian Universities.

She is passionate about identifying exceptional leaders for her clients with a specific interest in hard-to-fill appointments. Utkarsh’s collaborative approach, coupled with his calm & composed nature make him a trusted advisor to clients and candidates alike.

Utkarsh joined Robert Half Executive Search in May 2021. He began his search career in India with Stellar Search & Selection, where he assisted the Partners on searches across the Consumer, Healthcare, Pharmaceuticals, and Financial Services industries in Asia, Africa and Europe. In 2017, Utkarsh made the decision to pursue his Masters in Australia, where he later joined one of the country’s leading boutique executive search firms, Johnson Partners. His role involved assisting the Partners on the execution of several C-Suite assignments, primarily across the Consumer, Banking & Financial Services, and Healthcare industries. Utkarsh is extremely passionate about the search industry, with a firm belief that the right person in the right executive position can make significant change not just within the company, but across the industry as a whole.

Personal and Professional Activities:

Outside of work, Utkarsh has an avid interest in sports, spending a good amount of time watching and playing football. Additionally, he constantly makes a conscious effort to adopt new hobbies & skills, trying to learn whenever he gets the chance. Utkarsh holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from one of India’s leading business schools, Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies, and a Master of Management from Macquarie Graduate School of Management.
