Jennifer joined Robert Half in 1997 commencing her career within the firm’s Financial Services Practice. Jennifer has a reputation for excellence, candidate care and discretion and has acquired a strong network of senior contacts throughout her career. Personal and Professional Activities
Jennifer has been involved with several charitable organisations, including volunteering with the Frenchs Forest Lions club fundraising for Kids with Cancer as well as participating regularly in Cancer Council Australia’s Biggest Morning Tea and in the Share the Dignity ‘It’s in the Bag’ campaign, a charity dedicated to helping homeless women and victims of domestic violence. She is also an active member of her sons’ school community, regularly giving her time to assist in fundraising activities.
Fluent in French, Jennifer graduated from Aston University in Birmingham, England with a Bachelor of Science Undergraduate degree in International Business and French which saw her spend a year studying business at L’Ecole Supérieure de Commerce (Sup de Co) Bordeaux, France.
Lindsay Steinour is an Associate for Executive Search, specialising in sourcing and placing C-suite and senior-level executives across multiple industry sectors including financial management, sales and marketing, operations, technology, healthcare, legal and human resources. Based in the Melbourne office, Lindsay supports the Managing Directors in conducting searches throughout Australia. Lindsay prides herself on her thorough and consultative approach in understanding the needs and priorities of clients, as well as the expertise and aspirations of candidates, in order to make a successful match for both parties.
Lindsay has a BS in Accounting and began her career in tax advisory with PwC, where she specialised in expatriate tax planning and compliance for senior executives of multi-national corporations in a wide range of industry sectors including pharmaceutical, manufacturing, and professional services. She first joined Robert Half in Philadelphia, where she specialised in accounting and finance searches. Lindsay progressed with her recruiting career with a boutique accounting and finance search firm before emigrating to Australia.
Sahana Gabriel specialises in the management and delivery of c-suite and senior executive appointments for a range of functional areas including human resources, financial management, general management, sales and marketing and operations across both private and public sectors. She is experienced in end-to-end assignment management relating to executive search, including comprehensive talent mapping, interviewing, leadership assessment and defining the target market and approach to identify the highest quality of candidates and sources.
Sahana has over 10 years of sales, recruitment and executive search experience across small, medium and large ASX listed organisations. Prior to joining Robert Half, Sahana held senior delivery roles with Korn Ferry, Fisher Leadership and Meritos. Within these roles, she successfully managed searches for Chief Executive Officers, Executive Directors, General Managers, Commissioners and specialty roles within Government at State and Federal levels and Vice Chancellors, Deputy Vice Chancellors, Deputy Deans, and numerous Professorial roles for leading Australian Universities.
She is passionate about identifying exceptional leaders for her clients with a specific interest in hard-to-fill appointments. Utkarsh is an Associate at Robert Half, specialising in sourcing and placing executive leaders within finance, technology, operations, sales, marketing, and legal across multiple industry sectors. Based in the Sydney office, Utkarsh assists the Managing Directors in conducting searches throughout Asia Pacific. Utkarsh’s collaborative approach, coupled with his calm & composed nature make him a trusted advisor to clients and candidates alike.
Utkarsh joined Robert Half in May 2021. He began his search career in India with Stellar Search & Selection, where he assisted the Partners on searches across the Consumer, Healthcare, Pharmaceuticals, and Financial Services industries in Asia, Africa and Europe. In 2017, Utkarsh made the decision to pursue his Masters in Australia, where he later joined one of the country’s leading boutique executive search firms, Johnson Partners. His role involved assisting the Partners on the execution of several C-Suite assignments, primarily across the Consumer, Banking & Financial Services, and Healthcare industries. Utkarsh is extremely passionate about the search industry, with a firm belief that the right person in the right executive position can make significant change not just within the company, but across the industry as a whole.

Outside of work, Utkarsh has an avid interest in sports, spending a good amount of time watching and playing football. Additionally, he constantly makes a conscious effort to adopt new hobbies & skills, trying to learn whenever he gets the chance. Ryan Marchant is a Research Associate specialising in both research and sourcing for executive and senior level leadership positions across multiple industries financial management, sales and marketing, operations, technology, healthcare, legal and human resources. Based in the Sydney Office, Ryan supports the Associates and Managing Directors to conduct searches throughout Asia Pacific.
Ryan joined Robert Half in 2018 for the Management Resources Division specialising in Senior Finance & Accounting position for temporary & contract engagements. Ryan’s detailed and methodical approach to each search make him a trusted advisor for both clients and candidates.
Coordinator - Executive Search
Emanuela Piras is the Executive Search Coordinator at Robert Half. Based in the Sydney office, she supports a dynamic, results-oriented team specialising in C-Suite, Executive, Director and Board level assignments.
Emanuela joined the Executive Search team in June 2021. Her broad administrative experience allows for the professional and efficient processing of quality client and candidate reports for the executive search teams across Melbourne, Sydney and New Zealand.
