Australian companies are finding it challenging to source skilled administration staff, according to recent research by Robert Half.
The majority of Human Resource Directors (90%) plan to maintain or expand permanent administrative headcount throughout 2015.
A number of positions are in high demand and across all levels of administration staff, strong communication and technological skills are highly sought after.
Firms are increasingly more reliant on temporary and interim staff to cover overflow from existing teams and to support ongoing projects.
