A multinational investment bank with locations around the world sought to build an IT security operations centre (SOC) in Australia. The SOC required cyber-security analysts and a Security Operations Centre Manager to get more redundancy built in and increase global coverage to protect the bank from cyber-threats.

The SOC was also required to drive efficiency by developing and implementing automation initiatives around security monitoring, threat intelligence and incident management.
