Michelle discusses the importance of wellbeing in the workplace, and how it is beneficial for growth, both personal as well as for the business. She uses Zurich’s “Vitalize” wellbeing program as an example, which is aimed at helping employees maintain a healthy body, healthy mind, financial fitness and lifestyle balance.
