Please join us at our next business breakfast with Steven Bradbury, world-famous speed skater and Olympic Gold Medallist.

Gliding over the finish line at the 2002 Salt Lake City Winter Olympic Games saw Steven Bradbury's name etched into the history books. Skating in the 1,000m final and in fifth place, the unthinkable happened. Race favourite Apolo Anton Ohno from the United States and the other three skaters ahead of Steven, fell in a tangle of skates and arms and legs on the ice. Leaving the path clear for Steven, he glided across the finish line in first place and became the first EVER Australian to win a Winter Olympic Gold Medal!

Whether in business or sport, in order to succeed you need a team of people around you for help and support. Steven's team (his coach, his parents and team mates) were not on the ice with him when he won his Gold Medal but without them he could not have achieved this feat.

Steven has also been successful in business, teaming up with his friend and former skater Clint Jensen. Together they formed the Revolutionary Boot Company (RBC), making custom made speed skates. Today RBC exports to 18 countries and RBC boots have won 12 Olympic Medals.

At this presentation, Steven will explain about how persistence, passion and teamwork have been the key to his success. This is a truly inspirational story - one not to be missed!
